Returns and Exchanges

100-Day Guarantee

If you decide you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a 100-day guarantee where you can return your gear for a full refund within 100 days from the date of purchase.

To return a product, drop us an email quoting your order number and the product you wish to return. 

Just a couple of things:

  • Your product must be unused, without marks, cracks or scratches and must be in its original packaging;
  • You are responsible for the return of the product, including the cost of shipping to our warehouse and ensuring the product reaches us safely, without damage. If the product is damaged during transit, the product cannot be resold and we will not be able to issue a full refund. 

Exchanges

If you have bought the wrong product or simply wish to exchange it for another, contact us within 28 days and we'll arrange for an exchange for you. We'll also cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you - we wouldn't let you pay for it twice!

  • We'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you for your first exchange, but not for any subsequent exchanges under the same order number;

Damaged / Faulty Goods

Once in a while, accidents happen in transit or we experience a manufacturing fault (although that's very rare). If your product is damaged upon arrival or you notice a fault, that's totally on us.

Drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will resolve the issue for you. Needless to say, both the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the replacement to you (if you choose to exchange) will be covered by us.

Just a couple of things:

  • Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product;
  • Please provide us with a photo of the damage;
  • We will not exchange or refund goods that are damaged through incorrect use or through natural wear and tear.

How to Care for Your 100Strong Kettlebells

If left outside or in damp conditions, kettlebells are likely to rust. We will not replace kettlebells that have rusted over time. We recommend keeping your kettlebells indoors and wiping them down after use.

The steel handles of our kettlebells are untreated, and will therefore inevitably rust over time. Although some prefer this as it helps to hold chalk better, if you wish to remove the rust, simply give the handle a light sanding.
