Kettlebell Foundations 6-Week Course
100Strong Kettlebell Foundations is a comprehensive, full-body program designed to help you master the basic techniques and movements of kettlebell training.
In the next 6 weeks, you will work with your kettlebell(s) in ways you have never explored before. You will move your body in ways that will surprise you. You will ache in places you never knew existed. And at the end of it, you'll feel more mobile and stronger than you imagined possible.
When you join, you'll get 3 months to access Kettlebell Foundations. Repeat the program as many times as you wish in that time to really lock-in your results!
In this course, you will:
- Learn how to use kettlebells safely and effectively
- Experience the benefits of kettlebell training
- Learn to modify kettlebell techniques to best suit your body and level of fitness
- Have access to a 30-minute pre-program goal setting and coaching call and a post-program call with your trainer, Antoni
- Learn 12 of the most foundational techniques and exercises used in kettlebell training:
All you will need is:
- At least one kettlebell (ideally two - one lighter, one heavier)
- Resistance band (optional)
- An open space of 3m x 3m, such as your garage or living area
This program is mobile-friendly, and can be done any time, anywhere!
Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites for Kettlebell Foundations. Whether you've used kettlebells before and wants to refine your technique, or you are an absolute beginner, this program is for you!
