About us…
Founded by Antoni Stojak in 2013, 100Strong represents a unique way to train—one that’s strategic, effective, and refreshingly free of BS. We are based in Manly, just a block from the famous South Steyne beach (in fact we’re tucked in behind the pub). In the last 11 years we’ve seen clients lose body fat in a fun and easy way, athletes dramatically increase their sports performance, and we’ve created a community of people who have gained and maintained strength, shape, and health.
About Coach Stojak
With over 16 years experience in the fitness industry, Antoni has gained a reputation for his highly effective training approach and his amiable nature. Always keen to explore new fitness techniques, Antoni became Australia’s first male Master of Kettlebell Sport in 2013, and is also an Australian record holder. The techniques Antoni gained from this training have gone on to become the basis for most 100Strong programs, along with exercises inspired by martial arts and classic strength training. Passionate about health, nutrition and pastries (hey, everyone’s got a vice) Antoni loves training smart, focused people of all ages, and is mindful to tailor his approach to suit each individual. He also likes training to be fun, but be warned: this means bad dad jokes and in house Tool concerts!
About Coach Etta
With a year and a half’s worth of life experience (that makes her 20 in dog years), Etta AKA the bear AKA wodgy wodgy is known for her skills with tug-of-war ropes and sprinting after balls prowess. Since 2023 Etta has been bringing greetings and cuddles to 100Strong gym, leading to increased oxytocin, known to enhance sport performance and recovery between gruelling sets. Known for her placid nature and sleepiness, Etta gets along with other dogs and loves children more than anything. In most cases we can accomodate four legged friends during your personal training sessions, message us for more details.
